Glickman's vast experience includes 18 years in Virginia, 12 as the Vice-President of Marketing at Wintergreen Resort.  During his tenure at Wintergreen, Glickman was widely credited for changing the face of Virginia tourism.  He founded and was elected President of both the Golf Virginia Resorts Association and the Ski Virginia Association, the first examples of private-public partnerships with the state tourism and economic development groups.

Glickman's experience also includes Director of Marketing and Sales at Mauna Lani Resort on The Big Island of Hawaii and El Cid Resorts in Mazatlan, Mexico.
