Rental Management Information

We are proud and excited to be involved in rental management at the new Rivanna Resort & Golf Club in Palmyra, Virginia. Exciting times are upon us! The Rivanna Resort is no longer a vision for the future, but a daily reality.  The most anticipated and exciting new crown jewel resort of Charlottesville, Virginia is making great progress and is on schedule to open in 2010.  It is thrilling as we see the resort take form.  This is certainly an exciting time as we watch The Rivanna come to life.

The Next Step for You . . . Rental Management?

You decided to take part in The Rivanna Resort & Golf Club by purchasing a condominium. You may now be interested in having us, Triple R Management Group (RRRmg), perform Rental Management Services for your condominium(s). We’re on-site to provide you with all of the information and rental contracts you will need to move forward with this decision of deciding who you will choose to act as your rental manager. If you are considering renting your condominium then we feel strongly that we are in the best position to help you realize your and our goals of achieving the highest occupancy levels and rates possible.

The strength of our relationships with our neighbors and partners allows us to get a clear glimpse at who we expect to rent our units to throughout the year and also, at our projected occupancy. We intend to work hard to meet all of your needs and be your rental manager of choice.

If Yes . . . What Do You Do Next?
If you decide to rent your condominium through RRRmg, then you need to do the following:

• Please read completely the Rental Management Agreement 
  (Word file I PDF file ) including all schedules listed below.

• Please print at least two copies, fill in and sign where indicated. One copy of the Rental Management Agreement needs to be signed for every condominium that you own and intend to make available for rent.

• Begin to assemble the required insurance certificates, which will be due to us before we can actually let a renter into your condominium. Let's try for 10 days after closing escrow.

• Fill in the Owner Use Calendar as best you can.

• Send the Calendar, the signed copy(s) of the Rental Agreement and the copy of your insurance certificate (if you have it ready), as soon as possible to the following address:
